At the Sussex MS centre we understand the worry, confusion, uncertainty and anger that people may feel when they are told they have MS. Contact with others in the same position can help them cope with these emotions.
Sussex MS Centre is run on a self-help basis by people with MS, their families and carers, Our members can take advantage of the range of therapies and classes available at the centre, or they can just come in for a chat and light refreshments.
We are aware that carers and close family need support too, so everyone is welcome. Sussex MS Centre is easily accessible with ample parking.
Opening times
9am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
